Jaron K. Johnson, age 15, of Northfield, died Monday, May 22, 2023, in Northfield.
Jaron was born to Jason and Patricia (Appelgren) Johnson (Alexandria Swan) on January 2, 2008, in Northfield. Jaron was an A honor roll student and active in band and theatre. She received her letter in band and was just completing the ninth grade at Randolph High School at the time of her death.
Jaron was the most kind, sweetest, and loving sibling to Saycia and Teyten. Jaron enjoyed playing Mario, Zelda and other video games in her spare time.
Anyone who knew her knew the kind and loving soul that blessed everyone around her. She was so beautiful and brave and kind to everyone.
Jaron is survived by her parents Jason of Northfield; Alex Swan of Cottage Grove; siblings Saycia and Teyten of Northfield; her grandparents George Johnson of Northfield, Robert and Wendy Appelgren of Randolph; and aunt and uncles Tony Morris of Willmar, Jeff Johnson of Northfield, Lillian of Brookings, SD, and Geoffrey of Hastings. Jaron was preceded in death by her grandmother, Jackie Johnson.
Visitation was at Bierman Funeral Home on Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. There was a short prayer service beginning at 3:30 PM in the funeral home.
